Wanted to blog Day 1 last night but it took quite a long while to upload all photos, was super sleepy so i gave up. Haha. This was a very rush trip as we were with tour group. I am gonna plan to go again soon for free and easy trip. Perhaps then i can enjoy more!
Ready to board!
Got the window seat by the wing, just in front of the lavatory. Entire night (our flight departed at about 1am) was extremely noisy due to the countless flushing and we encountered REALLY BAD AIR TURBULENCE throughout the flight. Motion sickness kicked in soon after the takeoff. Was feeling very uncomfortable but i managed to force myself to take some porridge while trying to fall asleep on the plane.

Sunrise on plane which indicates that WE ARE IN TAIWAN! Right after alighting the plane we were rushed unto the tour bus to City Suites Hotel (Taoyuan Gateway) for buffet breakfast before meeting the other group. I was still having bad motion sickness. Concussed during the 1 hour bus trip to Taipei city.
First stop Museum of World Religion. A very religious place. Had vegetarian for lunch. HAHA!

Then we started playing some horoscope games...
After our vegetarian lunch, we went Wu fen pu for a 2 hour shopping then to Taipei 101 for dinner at Ding Tai Fung. Taiwan's Ding Tai Fung is really so much better than the ones in Singapore. Their services were good as well! Busy walking around so these were the only photos i have...
Yummy 肉圓 from Wu fen pu! It's a Taiwanese snack where translucent dough filled with a savory stuffing served with a sweet sauce.
Lastly we checked into our hotel at City Suites (Nandong branch) before heading to Raohe Night Market for a 1 hour food hunting session. The reason why i like our hotel is 'cause it only took us a 5mins walk to Raohe NM, which we went for 2 consecutive nights!!!

Ending this post with my ONLY buy at Wu Fen Pu which i will wear on Day 2! There will be more photos for Day 2 post as we went to 九份 Jiu Fen, 十分 Shi Fen and more!!! :D
